Rooted in Resilience

What is now a thriving, mature olive grove was once a cherry orchard — and before that, a dream that almost didn't survive its first Oregon winter. Founder Marni Redding planted her first 100 trees in 2008. Nearly all of them died.

She didn't give up. She drove to California, found established trees, sought mentorship from seasoned growers, and came home with the knowledge to try again. Today, not a single tree on this property is younger than five years old. Every one earned its place.
